1. Grease or spray a baking pan
  2. Heat corn tortillas individually in skillet until flexible
  3. Place desired amount of sliced Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack Cheese & cooked shredded chicken into each tortilla & roll to a quarter size circumference
  4. Cover thoroughly with Green Enchilada Sauce
  5. Bake for 15 minutes @ 375°

Serve with Refried Beans
